Know about out return policy
Any claims for shortages or damaged items will only be accepted if received in writing within 5 days of the delivery date. On receipt of this notification, we will conduct a full investigation before informing you of the outcome. We would require photographic evidence for any damages.
After the investigation is concluded we will inform you of our decision whether you need to return the items or we can arrange a credit. Any refund for the return parcel costs will be at the discretion of Xenon Distribution Limited.
Non receipt of consignments
All orders are fully trackable and you will be informed of the tracking number after the order is dispatched, you can track the order on your account log in.
If there is an issue with delivery, or you fail to collect the goods in time when it is awaiting collection, there will be a return charge.
It is your responsibility to check the tracking status.
